We are confident that you will love our products. If, however, you are not satisfied with any SofPoint® product that you purchase from SofPoint.com, you may return it for a refund (including original shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required.

For returns to be accepted, the return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original product ship date and MUST include the reason for the return.

Please use USPS with tracking for shipment of returned products.  GIV,LLC is NOT responsible for lost/damaged packages.

If you purchased product OVER THE PHONE with a SofPoint SALES REPRESENTATIVE, FAXED IN AN ORDER,  OR MAILED IN AN ORDER,  please follow the instructions below:

  1.  Send an e-mail to Support@SofPoint.com. State the reason for the return and include a copy of the original invoice.  If you do not have a copy of the original invoice, please include your name, address, phone number, date of purchase, and e-mail address on a separate piece of paper.  We will email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Please return the product in its original packaging, include the RMA number that we provide and return the product via USPS with tracking.
